NSHAMA will launch this development over several phases and will include townhouses and flats. The first launch of 3 & 4 bedroom townhouses with starting prices of AED 1,000,000 is scheduled for 14th March 2015.

Town Square, announced in early March 2015, is a massive development that will be developed at the intersection of Al Qudra Road and Dubai By-Pass Road. 

The project is being built directly opposite the Al Reem construction of Emaar-where projects like Mira and Mira Oasis were launched in 2013 and 2014.

The building will spread over 750 acres and will primarily include townhouses and apartments. The key feature of the development is a large 'town-square' in the center of the project which, according to the developer, will be the size of 16 football fields and feature shops, parks, a cinema etc. If anything like the proposed renders turns out, it'll be one of the most beautiful public spaces in Dubai.
